(We advise this is NOT done at the office level. Instead that the new start paperwork is sent to this admin as each office wants each new person added to the system. This person would double-check paperwork and approve. They will have access to onboard each new rep and assign rep ID into the system to get them started.)

(How does this work in your organization? Do you take odd payment amounts or straight donations? Cash? CC? Is there a minimum?)

(Who’s bank account does the money go into first? Next? What percentage or amount does the client keep? What percentage does the rep keep? What percentage does the office keep-not, including rep. How (check, wire?)/When does each office/rep get paid?)

(What name will the customer see on their billing statement? What phone number will appear on that statement? We often recommend these phone calls are routed to your own person with a secondary phone number forwarded by the client, especially a charity.)

(Is this an event business? If so, who is the contact person, and how soon do you want to begin loading events into the system and tracking sales at each event? Is an event photo required at check-in? Check out?)

(Is there anything special you want to appear on each receipt other than the client logo, best phone number? Slogan? Heartfelt thank you?)
